About Blood pressure

Blood pressure is the force of blood against the walls of the arteries. Blood pressure in a normal range is great for your heart health, while high blood pressure is unhealthy.

High blood pressure makes harder for the heart to pump the blood out to the body. If high blood pressure continues for a long period of time, the heart and arteries may damage and other organs could be affected causing an increased risk of stroke, heart failure, kidney failure and heart attack.

The good news is that nowadays we know that exercise reduces your chances of heart disease by lowering your blood pressure and by keeping your heart strong and healthy. Aerobic exercise (the kind of exercise that get your heart pumping and your blood flowing) is one of the best ways to improve cardiovascular health.

Don’t think about it anymore, go and start excersing!!
